Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our travel agency by attracting new clients, enhancing brand visibility, and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers. This position combines strategic marketing insight with hands-on sales efforts to promote travel packages, tours, and services across multiple channels. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing marketing initiatives to boost bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, partnerships, B2B and corporate visits, and online research. Maintain an updated client database for regular follow-ups.

  • Sales Presentations: Showcase travel packages and services, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions tailored to client needs.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by management.

  • Promotions: Promote special deals, holiday packages, and last-minute offers to clients and prospects.

  • Marketing Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.

  • Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email newsletters.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and online engagement.

  • Market Research: Monitor travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

  • Events & Partnerships: Participate in travel fairs, industry networking events, and collaborate with tourism stakeholders to expand partnerships and enhance brand presence.

  • Administrative & Reporting: Use CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to monitor performance and analyze results.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve services and guide future marketing efforts.
