Additional Requirements
-The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in microcredit operations, including a minimum of 2 years as a Branch Manager.
-Applicants must possess a valid motorcycle driving license and be able to ride a motorcycle.
-Proficiency in operating computers and relevant software is required.
-Candidates should be willing and mentally prepared to travel and work in the field.
-The role also includes supervising and maintaining all documentation related to the loan activities of field-level members, as well as preparing and submitting monthly reports.
