Acquire new remittance customers through field visits, campaigns, partnership, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Educate customers about available Remittance Services and related banking products
Ensure high quality services to remittance customers
Ensure strict compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
Achieve Monthly & Yearly sales targets set by the Bank
