Skills
Overseeing the dispensing of raw materials, as well as monitoring manufacturing and packaging operations to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Conducting in-process checks (IPC), reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR), managing change control, and supporting batch release processes.
Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring proper documentation aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Managing quality-related issues such as market complaints, deviations, Quality Incident Reports (QIR), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and product rejections.
Handling batch documentation and retention samples, and ensuring thorough investigation and resolution of quality incidents.
