Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain accurate databases and files, update records, and coordinate meetings/activities.
  • Visit community outreach sites to coordinate and monitor staff activities.
  • Supervise daily outreach operations and implement outreach strategies.
  • Establish contacts and participate in community meetings/events.
  • Ensure safety and protection of programme participants, staff, and stakeholders from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation (including SEA).
  • Act as a key safeguarding focal point, providing guidance and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Promote, practice, and ensure safeguarding policies are implemented by all team members.
  • Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage reporting of any incidents.
