Additional Requirements
Lead and coordinate overall project implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery of activities
Supervise the project team (POs), mentor staff, and ensure compliance with SFSA B technical guidelines
Stationed at the Nutrition Market project office; must regularly visit rural project sites by motorcycle
Serve as the key liaison with city corporations/municipalities and other development partners (e.g., SUN, UNDP, WFP, FAO)
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and local steering committee sessions
Nutrition & Health: Apply knowledge in nutrition and health to guide project components and ensure technical quality
Women and Youth Engagement: Actively involve women and youth in promoting diverse, nutritious, agroecological food systems
Agripreneurship: Support local agripreneurs to develop sustainable agricultural enterprises
Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC): Design and implement behavior change strategies related to nutrition and healthy eating habits
