Age: 28 to 40 years.
Education: Graduate, preferably with DMF in Nursing or DMF with prior experience in Eye Care projects.
Professional Degree: DMF, MLOP, DOLV, or Nursing.
Experience: Candidates should have relevant experience in the NGO or health sector, or in Sales/Marketing. Experience in Eye Care projects will be given preference.
Skills
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and mobilize participants for Eye Camps.
Raise awareness on eye health among participants.
Organize and conduct Eye Camps at community centers, schools, colleges, clubs, markets, mosques, and SAJIDA Foundation field offices.
Conduct screenings, identify eligible participants, motivate them to avail appropriate powered glasses, and ensure successful conversion.
Establish a referral system for individuals with eye conditions other than presbyopia, guiding them to appropriate care.
Coordinate with team members, especially development and MF staff, for effective RGIL program implementation in the field.
Prepare and submit reading glass requisitions, ensuring proper stock maintenance.
Continuously monitor and evaluate target versus achievement.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress reports, including online data entry.
Deposit cash collected from reading glass conversions into the designated account according to policy.
Promote and enforce safeguarding policies among team members, ensuring standards are implemented in all activities.
Minor Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly action plans.
Document and submit project success stories each month to Head Office, including photos and signed consent forms.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Organize and celebrate national eye care days.
Build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders, including local government and NGOs.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the organization.
