Oversee overall production floor operations and ensure product quality.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities during the assigned shift.

Ensure daily and weekly production targets are achieved.

Monitor machine performance, material consumption, and reduce wastage.

Maintain smooth production flow and address operational issues promptly.

Keep accurate records of production, defects, and downtime.

Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies among shift staff.

Conduct proper shift handover and communicate key updates to the next shift supervisor.

Report shift performance, output, and any issues to the Production Manager.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the Production Manager.
