Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing rice milling and processing operations to meet daily/weekly production targets.
Maintain & forecast stock of raw materials & packing materials, etc., for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production.
Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality control guidelines.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.
Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to the distribution point.
Maintain records for production batches, raw material consumption, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train and develop production team members to enhance operational capabilities.
