Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans, taking corrective measures based on market insights.
Coordinate and oversee all brand management activities.
Design promotional strategies and allocate materials through creative and impactful initiatives to establish new products.
Lead new product launches effectively.
Prepare annual budgets for assigned products.
Monitor and analyze sales and prescription performance to refine marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Organize monthly sales meetings, conferences, and CME programs.
Conduct regular doctor visits and fieldwork to support market development.
Train and guide field forces on assigned products.
