Age: 25 to 40 years
Proficient in online procurement systems with specialized knowledge of Tally ERP9, Tally Prime, and other ERP software.
Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledgeable in VAT and tax compliance as well as office administration across different organizations.
Work experience in Cox’s Bazar is preferred.
Fluent in English and Bangla; familiarity with Rohingya/Chittagonian dialect is an advantage.
Transforming Humanitarian Energy Access (THEA)
The contract is valid until September 30, 2026.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the logistics and procurement activities of the project, providing full support to the project team for efficient operations.
Execute day-to-day procurement and logistics tasks in compliance with NGO Forum’s procurement policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain the stock register regularly and generate requisitions when inventory falls below the minimum threshold.
Handle quotation invitations, comparative statements (CS), bill summaries, and prepare all supporting documentation along with bills and vouchers.
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services, including purchasing and dispatching all materials required for the project.
