Applicants must hold at least a 4-year Bachelor’s (Honours) degree or a Master’s (Postgraduate) degree from a recognized and reputable university or institution. Preference will be given to candidates from the following academic backgrounds: Banking, Bank Management, MBA, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, English, Law, International Relations, Statistics, Public Administration, and Computer Science & Engineering.
Candidates must have achieved at least two First Divisions/Classes (or their equivalent) throughout their academic record, meeting the following minimum GPA requirements:
SSC/HSC or equivalent: CGPA of 3.00 or above on a 5.00 scale
Bachelor’s/Master’s: CGPA of 3.00 or above on a 4.00 scale
Applicants with any Third Division/Class or equivalent CGPA at any level of their academic career are not eligible to apply.
Job Placement & Role Assignment
Selected candidates must be fully dedicated to the Bank and can be assigned to any location across Bangladesh. Job responsibilities and postings will be determined as per the Bank’s operational requirements.
Terms of Employment
Appointed individuals will serve as Probationary Officers for a one-year (12-month) period. Upon successful completion of this probationary phase, they will be confirmed as permanent staff members with the title of Senior Officer.
