  • Must be in excellent physical condition with sharp awareness and quick response abilities

  • Training in defensive driving, emergency first aid, and crisis response is an added advantage

  • Should possess a professional attitude, maintain strict discipline, and uphold a high level of confidentiality

  • Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and public holidays

  • Strong skills in communication and team coordination are essential


Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure the Managing Director’s safety and security at all times, both on and off office premises, by providing close protection, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating secure movements.
  • Offer continuous personal protection to the MD during both official duties and private activities.
  • Accompany the MD to meetings, events, and travel locations, guaranteeing safe and secure transit.
  • Identify and evaluate potential threats or risks ahead of the MD’s movements.
  • Collaborate with drivers, security teams, and external security agencies as necessary.
  • Protect the confidentiality of all personal and professional information related to the MD.
  • Manage and control public access to the MD, preventing unauthorized approaches or disruptions.
  • Stay alert to detect and respond swiftly to any suspicious individuals or activities.
  • Secure the MD’s routes and surrounding areas prior to arrival.
  • Use communication devices to stay connected with security personnel.
  • Provide immediate response during emergencies, including medical or security incidents.
  • Maintain physical fitness and be prepared to handle any unexpected security challenges.
  • React quickly to emergencies such as medical issues, aggressive behavior, or public disturbances.
