Candidates must have prior experience as a Student Counsellor.
Strong knowledge of UK and USA admission procedures and visa processes is required.
Skills
Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and enhance operational processes to minimize costs and improve overall performance.
Ensure company activities comply with institutional standards, policies, and regulations.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
Manage the entire process from student admission to visa issuance across all study destinations.
Handle applications, admissions, scholarships, and visa documentation for foreign universities with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate directly with international universities regarding admissions and scholarship opportunities.
Provide professional counseling to students and guardians on study destinations, admission requirements, and university selection.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with students through both phone and in-person interactions.
Prepare and review all required documentation, including application forms and Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for visa submissions.
