Visit client sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to iDempiere ERP or ERP reports in Jasper that cannot be resolved remotely.
Conduct regular on-site maintenance and system health checks to proactively identify and fix potential issues before they lead to downtime.
Communicate effectively with clients of diverse technical backgrounds, offering clear, step-by-step guidance, user training, and professional support to manage expectations.
Maintain accurate records by logging all support requests, resolutions, and configurations in the ticketing system, and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients.
Collaborate closely with L1/L2 helpdesk teams and L3 development/engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous product improvement.
