Conduct costing for grey fabrics.
Track and manage fabric inventory levels.
Monitor and minimize fabric wastage.
Prepare post-costing reports for buyers such as M&S and IKEA.
Oversee operations on the cutting floor.
Perform fabric reconciliation for designated buyers.
Compare pre-costing estimates for specific buyer requirements.
Reconcile accessory usage for particular buyer orders.
Manage folding and closing processes for production handover (specific buyers).
Track input vs. output meters during production processes.
Supervise daily progress in fabric processing and stitching.
Finalize processing programs (PP) for cutting related to specific buyer orders.
Reconcile grey fabric demand and actual usage as per PP for specific buyers.
