Responsibilities & Context

Job Context
ACI Shrimp Genetics, a unit of ACI Agrolink Ltd., focuses on producing healthy shrimp post larvae (PL) using advanced genetic and nursing technologies to support shrimp farmers. The Field Officer will be responsible for marketing, sales support, customer engagement, and technical advisory to promote sustainable shrimp farming and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement weekly visit plans, collect sales feedback through personal and agents’ networks.
  • Offer technical advice during feedback sessions, maintain proper records and data.
  • Coordinate with sales channels to ensure smooth product sales.
  • Help organize farmer training, workshops, and seminars on sustainable shrimp farming.
  • Share insights on shrimp growth, productivity, and marketing with management.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure regular communication with management.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless nursery operations.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
