Experience
Develop and enforce quality control standards, procedures, and protocols in line with industry best practices and company policies.
Oversee quality assurance of both raw materials and finished feed products.
Maintain quality management systems and ensure successful completion of internal and external audits.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to feed quality.
Track product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct calibration, validation, and performance checks of laboratory equipment.
Perform analytical testing of feed and feed ingredients.
Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
