Hardware & IT Infrastructure Support
Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware devices.
Maintain inventory of IT assets with proper tagging and lifecycle management.
Network & System Support
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN connectivity and uninterrupted internet access.
Support email configuration, VPN setup, and system access issues.
Monitor and escalate network/server downtime to senior IT team.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Respond to user requests, incidents, and service tickets promptly.
Provide first-level software/hardware support.
Guide users on safe IT practices and efficient use of hardware systems.
Maintenance & Upgrades
Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
Assist in hardware upgrades or replacements.
Ensure timely OS updates, antivirus installation, and patch management.
Compliance & Documentation
Follow IT policies and data security protocols.
Document support activities, issue resolutions, and hardware movement.
Support IT audits with required reports.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the ISD/IT team to ensure smooth operations.
Support implementation of new IT systems and hardware rollouts.
Escalate critical issues to senior IT officers or vendors as needed.
