Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and the Purified Water Generation and Distribution System in a pharmaceutical plant.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on process machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Operate and maintain detailed log sheets for the RTAG Air-Cooled Rotary Liquid Chiller to ensure smooth HVAC support.
  • Monitor and manage all relevant HVAC machinery, including heat exchangers, pumps, and blowers, for uninterrupted operation.
  • Operate and maintain log sheets for the 2000 LPH Purified Water Generation System.
  • Regularly monitor filtration systems such as Manganese Sand Filter, Quartz Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, and Softener, along with water parameters like conductivity, pH, and hardness, to ensure the consistent production of purified water.
  • Operate and monitor all pumps, loops, heat exchangers, and other machinery related to the Purified Water Generation and Distribution System.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the schedule and maintenance criteria, maintaining accurate records in machine service cards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and the company’s engineering team during the installation, repair, and validation of machinery.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by higher management to support operational efficiency and plant objectives.
