  • Experience: Prior experience in an Advertising Agency, Film Production House, Event Management Firm, TV/Radio Channel, Newspaper, or OTT Platform is mandatory.

  • Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Bangladeshi and global film, media, and advertising industries.

  • Client Relations: Ability to communicate professionally with clients, partners, and vendors.

  • Presentation & Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a confident personality.

  • Creativity: Creative mindset with good understanding of visual design, content development, and digital trends.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Efficiently handle front desk, reception duties, and overall office communication with professionalism.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Operations in managing daily office activities.

  • Oversee office supplies, petty cash, attendance, stationery, visitor logs, and vendor coordination.

  • Engage with potential clients from Facebook, the website, and digital marketing campaigns; qualify leads and assist with the onboarding process.

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and promotional offers to clients, and follow up to finalize deals.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Client Service teams to drive lead generation and boost sales performance.

  • Maintain basic financial and administrative records, including payments, requisitions, TA/DA, and purchase documentation.

  • Contribute to internal promotional efforts and represent the agency during client meetings and marketing campaigns when necessary.

  • Ensure the office environment, appearance, and discipline are consistently maintained at a high standard.

  • Supervise and support the Office Assistant in day-to-day operations.

  • Assist in developing presentation decks, reports, and internal communication materials.

  • Participate in producing social media content, promotional videos, and explainer clips (including on-camera appearances when needed).
