Handle all types of network troubleshooting and outage issues efficiently.
Lead and supervise the technical team while coordinating with internal departments, management, and external vendors to align with company objectives.
Work closely with the NOC (Network Operations Center) team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
Maintain maximum ISP uptime by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all customer segments.
Provide clients with comprehensive technical support and guidance.
Monitor network performance and generate regular reports.
Keep accurate records of network connections, user onboarding, completed tasks, and hardware or accessory usage.
Deliver technical assistance—both on-site and remotely—for internet, networking, and service-related concerns.
Set up and manage networking devices such as routers, switches, MikroTik, and OLTs.
Oversee technicians in deploying new connections and maintaining existing network infrastructure.
