Design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Set and oversee sales targets for 7 designated regions across Bangladesh.
Develop pricing models and promotional initiatives for products.
Create and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly sales projections.
Lead and manage a team of over 10 marketing executives.
Track performance by region to ensure team effectiveness.
Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and align on goals.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales personnel.
Explore and tap into new markets and customer segments.
Analyze competitor activity, including pricing strategies and market positioning.
Establish and grow distributor and dealer networks nationwide.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional buyers.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
Coordinate participation in industry events such as trade shows, seminars, and exhibitions.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials—brochures, catalogs, and ads.
