Age: At most 35 years.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
Solid understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems.
Familiarity with audit and compliance standards.
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and continuously upgrade the Management Information System (MIS), including databases and interactive dashboards, to deliver real-time insights into procurement performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on PR, PO, vendor performance, and other key procurement metrics.
Conduct systematic reviews of procurement processes, transactions, and contract execution to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices, identifying risks or non-compliance issues.
Maintain thorough documentation of transaction histories, decisions, and workflow steps, ensuring complete, audit-ready records to support smooth external regulatory and financial audits.
Proactively monitor the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, tracking expiration dates, initiating timely renewals, and ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations by both vendors and the company.
Collaborate with PRD, WPS, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data alignment and consistent reporting.
Support automation initiatives, data analysis, and continuous process improvement efforts.
