Postgraduate Training (PGT) in Gynecology & Obstetrics or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Gynecology & Obstetrics Unit at a reputable hospital.
MBBS degree with a valid BMDC registration.
Proficiency in computer skills is essential.Familiarity with hospital management software is preferred.
Manage all patients in the Gynaecology and Obstetrics unit independently.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient conditions, following consultant guidance.
Report regularly to senior management and act as a liaison between administrative and medical teams.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records for every patient.
Provide thorough medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services.
Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure patient safety measures are consistently applied.
Be ready to handle emergency situations when necessary.
Properly hand over responsibilities to the next on-duty doctor.
Coordinate and update duty rosters with fellow Medical Officers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Wear the required doctor's apron during duty hours.
Collaborate effectively with midwives, nurses, and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Perform duties according to guidelines provided by the Junior Consultant, Director of Medical Affairs, and Medical Director.
Follow management decisions and policies, while upholding the organization's brand and reputation.
