Experience: 1–3 years of relevant working experience in a reputed hospital, preferably in IPD, Emergency (EMO), ICU, NICU, NVD, or Ultrasound (USG) departments.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer applications and hospital information systems.
Presentation Skills: Ability to present clinical information clearly and effectively.
Training & Leadership: Capable of providing training and guidance to Registered Nurses.
Adaptability: Willingness to take on new projects and comply with management decisions.
Discipline & Compliance: Strong adherence to hospital discipline, including proper ID card usage, uniform compliance, attendance punching, and shift-based duty schedules.

Position: Medical Officer
Duty Areas: IPD, Ward, Cabin, Dialysis, ICU, NICU, PICU, OT, Post-Operative Room, NVD Room, Ultrasound, CT Scan/MRI Room
Duty Hours: Weekly 48 hours based on rotating shift roster for all MO positions
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed history taking and physical examinations, within 24 hours of patient admission.
Participate in regular ward rounds (morning, evening, and emergency), monitor patient progress, and update treatment plans as advised by Consultants.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including case notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries, in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Order, monitor, and follow up on laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging investigations.
Perform minor clinical procedures such as IV cannulation, catheterization, and basic suturing under senior supervision.
Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, prognosis, and discharge instructions.
Perform immediate triage, assessment, and stabilization of medical, surgical, and trauma patients upon arrival.
Initiate emergency management, including first-line treatment, pain control, and resuscitation in accordance with BLS/ACLS protocols.
Coordinate prompt referrals and effective handovers to on-call Specialists or Consultants for advanced care.
Provide continuous in-house medical coverage for critically ill adult patients.
Monitor ventilatory support, hemodynamic parameters, central lines, and vital signs.
Assist in or perform critical care procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, and lumbar puncture, under supervision.
Ensure accurate documentation of clinical status, fluid balance, ventilator settings, and medication administration.
Deliver specialized medical care for neonates, including preterm, low birth weight, and critically ill newborns.
Monitor vital parameters and manage neonatal support systems such as incubators, oxygen therapy, CPAP, and phototherapy.
Assist Pediatricians/Neonatologists in neonatal resuscitation and specialized procedures, including umbilical line insertion.
Perform basic or focused ultrasound examinations (where trained and authorized), such as FAST scans, basic abdominal imaging, or obstetric dating scans.
Assist Radiologists or Sonographers during complex imaging procedures and patient management.
Coordinate closely with the Radiology Department to facilitate urgent X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound services.
Provide preliminary clinical correlation of imaging findings to support timely medical decision-making.
Comply fully with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and professional standards.
Maintain effective communication with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by hospital management in accordance with institutional policies.

Final duty location will be confirmed after the interview, as placements may be in General Hospital or Mother & Child Care Hospital, based on organizational requirements.
Reporting authority will be the Advisor / Hospital Director, as applicable.
