Marketing Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages, services, and special offers. Manage both online and offline campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and print advertising.
Social Media and Content Creation: Produce engaging content for the agency’s website, blog, and social platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries to enhance customer engagement.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to uncover new business opportunities. Keep track of competitor activities and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Negotiate deals and collaborations to improve offerings and profitability.

Reservation Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Resolve travel-related concerns and assist clients with changes, cancellations, or special requests.
