Additional Requirements


  • Strong proficiency in Bangla and English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Experience with social media management and content publishing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in conducting or managing live sessions is a plus.
  • Prior experience in vendor management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Communication will be the key responsibility for this role, ensuring effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Publish engaging content across multiple platforms on a daily basis to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Take ownership for content and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals and strategies.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, instructors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct live sessions as a host or assist as a backend manager, ensuring a seamless experience for our audience.
  • Participate in planning and strategizing marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals.
  • Showcase proficiency in both Bangla and English for writing and speaking, producing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Handle vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
