As Manager – HR Operations, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in overseeing all core HR functions. Your primary focus will be optimizing HR operations, improving employee experiences, and ensuring compliance across recruitment, payroll, leave, and employee relations processes. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR systems and practices.
Lead the full recruitment cycle: job analysis, postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Oversee smooth onboarding processes that foster engagement from day one.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with all applicable wage laws and internal compensation policies.
Review and reconcile payroll data, attendance logs, and leave balances.
Develop and maintain leave policies aligned with labor laws.
Track leave applications, approvals, and ensure policy adherence.
Maintain organized, secure, and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and company standards.
Ensure compliance in all HR documentation and maintain audit-ready files.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
Promote a positive work culture through fair and consistent support in employee matters.
Implement and manage HR software systems for streamlined operations.
Train staff on HR systems and digital tools to enhance productivity and user adoption.
Prepare and analyze HR reports to inform strategic decisions and monitor workforce trends.
Support leadership in workforce planning and performance tracking.
