We are seeking a Manager – Food & Beverage for our Foy’s Lake Complex, Chattogram under the Concord Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury dining operations, guest handling, and team management, with the ability to uphold the highest service standards in a fine dining environment.
Demonstrate excellent F&B knowledge and a clear understanding of luxury dining concepts.
Supervise operations of a specialty fine dining restaurant, including menu planning, duty rosters, and reporting.
Ensure a high level of service quality and adherence to proper service sequences at all times.
Lead, train, and mentor Captains, Servers, and Trainees to deliver first-class service.
Foster effective team communication and maintain a secure, friendly, and professional working environment.
Build and maintain effective inter-departmental relationships.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and proper use of equipment and utensils.
Manage work independently within deadlines, while supporting and motivating team members to achieve targets.
Prepare purchase and store requisitions for F&B supplies, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on requisitions for large package programs.
Compile and submit sales reports as per the Head Office’s prescribed format.
