Age: At most 45 years
MBA/Master’s degree from a recognized university; candidates with LL.B./LL.M. will be given preference
No third class/division allowed in any academic examination
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in recovery or collection within a bank or financial institution
Familiarity with recovery-related regulations (e.g., Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Negotiable Instruments Act) is desirable
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate independently in field environments
Proficiency in MS Office applications and report writing
Follow up with defaulter clients for overdue and receivable collections, ensuring timely recovery as per organizational targets.
Conduct portfolio analysis and segregate client status for bad debt.
Assist in recovering Non-Performing Loans (NPL) through regular follow-ups, phone calls, and physical visits to clients and guarantors.
Prepare and maintain recovery-related MIS reports and client status tracking.
Serve overdue notices to clients and guarantors as per internal policy and Bangladesh Bank (BB) guidelines.
Liaise with the legal department regarding litigation support and provide assistance during legal recovery proceedings.
Monitor and report on legal case progress and assist in case file preparations when needed.
Work in coordination with branches and the business division to support recovery drives.
Identify assets of defaulted clients that may be subject to recovery or court action.
Assist in locating mortgaged properties and support the legal team in the auction/sale process.
Conduct field verification of defaulted clients and report findings to management.
Support court order execution activities in coordination with law enforcement agencies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management in the best interest of the bank.
