Prior experience as a Manager in a restaurant or hotel
Ability to inspect product quality and resolve issues
Greet customers and present the menu professionally
Collaborate effectively with serving and kitchen staff
Knowledge of inventory record-keeping is a plus
Vendor management skills preferred
Working Hours: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm (Break: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall floor operations, ensuring visitors are served efficiently
Supervise and motivate waiters and floor staff positively
Build strong customer rapport and ensure excellent service
Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
Handle large orders/catering with professionalism and proper etiquette
Proven ability to work effectively during rush hours
