JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Act as a liaison between the US real estate clients & vendors, ensuring seamless communication and services.
*Understand client requirements and relay them to the appropriate vendors with clear instructions.
*Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, issues or vendor performance.
*Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with vendors, including appraisers, inspectors and contractors.
*Maintain detailed records of vendor transactions, communication and performance metrics.
*Ensure vendor comply with US real estate regulations and industry standards.
*Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand the company's operations, services and business.
