Act as the custodian of all Packing Materials (PM), Raw Materials (RM), and Finished Goods (FG).
Responsible for completing Goods Receipt Note (GRN), checking goods physically against the challan, counting, and weighing if necessary.
Record all items accurately in the ledger and immediately report any discrepancy to the supervisor.
Responsible for issuing goods, completing the issue slip, and posting it to the respective ledger.
Prepare and send the daily stock report of packing materials and chemicals to the Commercial and Business departments via email. If any item is nearing or below safety stock level, immediately notify the superior, Commercial Department, or supplier to ensure stock is maintained.
Communicate promptly with the Commercial Department if any RM/PM item is reaching below safety stock level.
Ensure software and manual ledgers for packing materials and raw chemicals are up to date.
Collect rejection reports of packing materials from QA and report rejected or unusable goods to the superior.
Prepare and preserve all necessary documents and reports, and send them to the Head Office in a timely manner.
Report any damage or shortage to the superior without delay.Conduct physical stock counting of spare parts and packing materials once a month.
