Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A portfolio is required (digital/soft copies are acceptable).
Recent graduates with completed internships are encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates from reputed universities.
Applicants must not exceed 27 years of age.
Must be based in Dhaka and available to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.
Should be highly energetic, enthusiastic, and possess a creative, innovative mindset.
Work closely with the Head of the Architectural Department to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee projects through all phases—from initial concept through to final evaluation—including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding & Negotiation, Construction Oversight, and Post-Occupancy Review.
Create original architectural designs and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
