Junior UX/UI designers are responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our websites, apps, and software.

𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: Creating low-fidelity wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout, and then developing interactive prototypes to test and refine the user interface.
𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Designing the visual elements of the interface, including layout, typography, color palettes, and imagery, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Designing the way users interact with the interface, including navigation, animations, and feedback mechanisms.
𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Conducting user testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
