Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing and reporting capabilities in both English and Bangla.
Readiness to travel extensively and operate in demanding or remote field settings.
Proficient in tools such as AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, or NVivo is an advantage; advanced skills in any of these will be considered a strong asset.
Oversee and guide field staff, including enumerators and data collectors.
Organize and facilitate stakeholder engagement and public consultation sessions at both local and national levels.
Carry out qualitative data collection activities such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and community-based consultations.
Contribute to report development by assisting in the drafting of documents such as baseline study reports, Social Impact Assessments (SIA), Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), and gender analysis reports.
Provide support in preparing and formatting Expressions of Interest (EOIs), technical proposals, and project presentations.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with field teams, community representatives, and project stakeholders.
Be prepared for frequent travel to various project locations, including rural and semi-urban areas.
