Must have a basic understanding of the Bangladesh Labor Law.
Should be fairly proficient in MS Excel at an intermediate level.
Must have typing skills in both Bengali and English using MS Word.
Skills
Supervise factory cleanliness (housekeeping) and security management.
Monitor and maintain records of workers’ and employees’ attendance, discipline, and behavior.
Assist in the recruitment process of new employees and prepare personal files.
Distribute ID cards and appointment letters to newly hired employees.
Observe and support the implementation of labor laws, labor rules, and compliance-related matters.
Ensure proper housekeeping on the floor and supervise the activities of cleaners.
Ensure cleanliness of the floor during cleaning hours.
Maintain the employee locker register and ensure timely updates.
Maintain discipline on the production floor and provide counseling to workers/employees when needed.
Monitor and ensure daily updates of sharp tools used on the production floor.
Handle administrative tasks such as file management, drafting letters, and preparing official notices.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the management in the interest of the company.
Assist and carry out official tasks as directed by senior authorities.
