Develop and implement sales plans to meet target-based goals
Communicate with clients via phone to understand their needs and provide solutions
Respond to initial client inquiries and schedule appointments accordingly
Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, and physical visits to drive sales
Handle the entire sales process from inquiry to closing the deal
Generate leads from both corporate and individual clients
Conduct project-based research to identify business opportunities
Submit weekly sales and activity reports to the reporting manager
Identify and reach out to productive companies, institutions, and clients professionally
Conduct daily physical visits to potential customers for lead generation
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management in line with company requirements
