The IT Manager is accountable for overseeing the planning, development, and management of comprehensive IT systems, including software applications, databases, and automation solutions, to support organizational operations. This role ensures IT strategies are aligned with business needs, leads cross-functional system initiatives, maintains infrastructure, strengthens cybersecurity, and drives digital transformation to enhance efficiency and business growth.
Establish complete IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking) for new store, warehouse, and office setups.
Test and evaluate new applications before deployment to confirm performance and compatibility.
Conduct scheduled training sessions, system maintenance, and hardware/software repairs across stores, warehouses, and offices.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff in operating IT systems and applications.
Design and execute a monthly visit plan to stores for IT support and system audits.
Create and deliver training materials or instructions on common technical problems and procedures.
Collaborate with different departments to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in all operational areas.
Address and resolve technical complaints regarding IT equipment and software use.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
