A bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Final-semester students who have completed all coursework except for their internship are encouraged to apply.
Genuine interest in building skills across multiple areas of HR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a willingness to learn HRMS/HRIS platforms and other digital tools for effective communication, task coordination, and administrative work.
Strong command of English—both spoken and written.
High level of integrity and professionalism, especially when handling confidential information; punctual and dependable.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with proper corporate etiquette.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn with a creative approach.
Participation in extracurricular activities is considered a plus.
Job Type: 3 to 6-month internship with the possibility of extension or transition based on performance.Support the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain and update candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation—such as preparing offer letters, contracts, checklists, and process documents.
Manage and organize HR files, maintain accurate data in HR systems, and handle day-to-day HR operations.
Contribute to employee engagement efforts, career development programs, and internal communications.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and related logistics.
Maintain training calendars and update learning content as needed.
Help develop training materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Participate in various HR initiatives, including job fairs, events, and internal projects.
Perform other tasks as directed by your line manager.
