We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Tour Operations to lead, manage, and elevate our tour division. The ideal candidate will excel in tour planning, execution, and group leadership—ensuring each trip runs smoothly, safely, and delivers an unforgettable experience.
Design comprehensive itineraries for domestic and international travel packages
Develop competitive package pricing, inclusions, and promotional content
Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, local guides, and partners
Ensure packages meet market demands and deliver exceptional value
Lead tour groups with engaging commentary, cultural knowledge, and confidence
Ensure flawless execution of logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities
Maintain traveler safety, comfort, and satisfaction
Handle emergencies and unexpected situations with professionalism
Provide excellent support to travelers before, during, and after the tour
Build rapport with clients and maintain a positive group environment
Manage group dynamics and promptly resolve concerns
Gather post-tour feedback and prepare evaluation reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity partners
Negotiate pricing, service standards, and partnership agreements
Monitor tour budgets, logistics efficiency, and cost control
Conduct market research to introduce new tour concepts
Recommend improvements to enhance tour quality and customer experience
