Experience: Minimum 18 years of overall professional experience, including at least 12 years in the banking sector with a strong focus on Cards and ADC.
Must have at least 12 years of experience in Cards & ADC, with a minimum of 3 years in a Head of Cards leadership role.
Demonstrated success in formulating and executing effective card business strategies.
Strong knowledge of modern card and ADC technologies.
Hands-on experience in implementing card and ADC-related projects with Visa, MasterCard, and NPSB.
Thorough understanding and operational experience in Card Operations and Recovery.
Solid grasp of the card market landscape and regulatory requirements.
Outstanding leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make informed, data-driven decisions.

The Head of Cards will play a critical leadership role in shaping the Bank’s card business, payment technologies, operations, and recovery processes. This role requires a highly strategic individual with extensive experience in the Payment Card Industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading all card and ADC-related initiatives of the Bank.
Rank: Vice President (VP) to Senior Vice President (SVP)
Location: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Lead the Bank’s digital transformation initiatives by advancing modern payment service innovations, with a strong focus on digital payments and alternative delivery channels.
Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen the card business and meet organizational goals.
Design marketing strategies, product features, pricing structures, and value propositions for card products.
Oversee the daily operations of the Card Division & ADC to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
Closely monitor card recovery activities and guide the team to maintain a healthy card portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align card business objectives with overall organizational goals.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art card and ADC technologies to ensure the Bank remains aligned with global standards.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in project implementation with Visa, MasterCard, and NPSB.
Acquire new card merchants and strengthen relationships with existing merchants by offering competitive and customer-centric features.
Liaise with Visa, MasterCard, and NPSB authorities to stay abreast of emerging trends and technological advancements.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, risk management standards, and internal policies.
