Perform data mining on the existing client base to uncover insights.
Prepare and analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop actionable plans based on client data analysis.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and assess partnership initiatives to ensure they meet bKash’s goals and volume targets.
Use data-driven insights to formulate and execute business action plans.
Develop and manage client lifecycle plans in collaboration with Key Account Management (KAM).
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Create data-informed campaigns focused on driving growth within the existing client base.
Track campaign performance and implement optimizations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution and client visibility.
Utilize analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with KAM to guarantee effective campaign delivery.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and impacts for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all partnership activities comply with relevant laws and standards.
Report on campaign results and client base growth, highlighting areas for improvement.
