We’re looking for a dedicated specialist to own the conversion setup, troubleshooting, enhanced conversion implementation, and documentation across our Google Ads accounts and Google Tag Manager configurations. This role will serve as the primary escalation point for pixel and tracking issues and will partner closely with both our internal SEM team and SEBPO vendor resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Google Ads conversion actions for all client accounts, ensuring accurate tracking of goals and events.

• Build and maintain tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support conversion tracking.

• Implement and verify Enhanced Conversions in Google Ads (e.g., email-hashing, gtag updates, consent handling).

• Verify and troubleshoot tracking pixels on client websites; test, debug, and ensure firing consistency.

• Draft clear, concise written summaries explaining why a pixel or enhanced-conversion setup may not be firing, and propose remediation steps.

• Collaborate with web development or IT teams to implement fixes and validate solutions.

• Act as the go-to expert for the SEM team and SEBPO partners on tracking-related questions and handoffs.

• Maintain documentation of tracking setups, issues encountered, enhanced conversion processes, and resolutions for ongoing reference.

  Working Days: Monday to Friday.
