  • Preference will be given to ex-military personnel or retired Majors.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Managing maintenance and repair operations for a 24-story building, including fire safety equipment.
  • Supervising a team of security personnel and technical staff.
  • Ensuring regular upkeep and proactive maintenance.
  • Keeping detailed records of maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to perform duties independently and establish maintenance protocols.
  • Carrying out additional tasks assigned by senior management as needed.
