Proficiency in game development engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, C++, or similar.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and gameplay mechanics.
Understanding of user experience, player engagement, and game monetization models.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for gaming.
Up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Experience with cross-platform game development (mobile, PC, console).
Familiarity with AR/VR or AI in gaming is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design and develop high-quality games that align with current market trends and user preferences.
- Take ownership of the entire game development lifecycle from concept to release.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create seamless and immersive gaming experiences.
- Analyze market demand and user behavior to inform game concepts and features.
- Continuously optimize game performance and user experience through updates and enhancements.
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new technologies and development techniques.
- Ensure timely execution of game projects aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Be a proactive team player who communicates effectively and supports a collaborative work environment.
