  • Strong knowledge of our travel destinations
  • Excellent numerical and calculation skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in professional computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, basic graphic design tools like Canva, and video editing software)
  • Polite and well-mannered speech
  • Pleasant personality with outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Highly motivated to learn and adapt to new things
  • Familiarity with tour packages and airline ticketing
  • Skills in content writing, email marketing, online marketing, and video editing are highly desirable

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for energetic individuals with strong English and computer skills who are passionate about the tourism industry. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow.
  • Provide tour consulting, and manage follow-up calls and emails
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with tourism companies and airlines
  • Communicate product details to clients via phone and in-person meetings
  • Handle documentation and rate sheets using MS Word and Excel
  • Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint
  • Visit partners in person when necessary
  • Manage hotel and resort reservations, client services, and customer care
  • Create detailed travel packages including itineraries
  • Maintain active online presence
  • Foster strong communication and relationships with partners
