Actively promote and sell airline tickets, travel packages, and related services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online channels.
Prepare travel quotations, process bookings, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Achieve or exceed defined monthly sales goals.
Stay updated on airline pricing, promotional offers, and current trends in the travel industry.
Keep detailed sales records and regularly report performance metrics to management.
