Experience
Oversee day-to-day operations of Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity Fund (GF), and Workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate fund ledgers, records, and reports ensuring timely reconciliation with finance and payroll departments.
Ensure timely investment of fund contributions in accordance with trust deeds, company policy, and statutory guidelines.
Coordinate with auditors, trustees, and regulatory authorities for fund audits, compliance, and reporting.
Handle member queries and documentation related to withdrawals, loans, settlements, and nominations for PF, GF, and WPPF.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for trustees and management on fund performance and activities.
Assist in the preparation and submission of income tax returns and financial statements of all related funds.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Income Tax Ordinance, and other relevant regulations.
Manage all documentation and communication related to board/trustee meetings, including drafting resolutions and maintaining minutes.
Support continuous improvement of fund management processes, controls, and reporting system.
In-depth knowledge of PF, GF, WPPF rules, trust acts, and relevant compliance requirements.
Strong command over MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and Income Tax Ordinance.
Ability to analyze fund performance and prepare detailed financial statements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with auditors, trustees, and internal departments.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be a plus.
Strong documentation, drafting, and record-keeping skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications such as CA (CC), CMA (Part Qualified), or equivalent will be considered an added advantage
